(Fatehabad News) Fatehabad. The Training Program for Women Tailors was concluded at the local Panchayat Bhawan by the Rural Self-Employment Training Institute, run under the auspices of the State Bank of India. On this occasion, Geeta Yadav, assistant project officer, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation and Sukhdev Singh, assistant, Haryana Mahila Vikas Nigam, honored 20 participants by presenting them with certificates. The director of the Rural Self-Employment Training Institute, Umed Singh, was also present on this occasion.
Training programs work to hone women’s talents.
She inspired all the participants to start their own business and encouraged women. She said these training programs help enhance the talents of women. On this occasion, the Director of the Institute, Umed Singh, said that in the current situation, it is very important for the youth to be self-reliant to improve their standard of living.
He said that in this matter, especially in the women’s community, there is a strong need to move towards the goal of becoming self-reliant by recognizing the talents hidden in them. He said that during the training, the participants are given free food, while after 2 years of the course, the youth are given free guidance from the institute to start self-employment and if necessary, the bank gives them a loan based on working . He said the aim of the institute is to make young men and women in rural areas self-reliant by starting their own employment, that is, they should not become job takers but job providers for others.
