In Bihar’s Kaimur district, a father returning home after distributing his daughter’s wedding card died in an accident. There is mourning in the family before marriage. Vijay Shankar Prasad alias Babban Baitha of Mokaram village of Bhagwanpur police station area of Kaimur district had gone to Derwa to distribute his daughter’s wedding card. He was returning home after distributing wedding cards when suddenly a nilgai got on his bike near Khajura village. After this, Vijay Shankar fell there and was seriously injured.
Locals informed the family about the incident and took him in a private vehicle to Sadar Bhabhua Hospital for treatment, where the doctor declared him dead after examination.
Wedding happiness turned into mourning
Giving information, Pawan Kumar, son of the deceased, said that his father had gone with my sister’s wedding card to distribute it at Derwa in Kudra police station area. While returning from there, suddenly a nilgai who was running in the fields near Khajura jumped on his bicycle, due to which he was injured. The villagers took him to Sadar Bhabhua Hospital for treatment. The doctor declared him dead after an examination. After this, the autopsy is conducted at Sadar Bhabhua Hospital.
Chaos among family members
There was outrage among family members after receiving the news of Vijay Shankar’s death. The family members of the deceased have demanded compensation from the district administration.
