Bollywood Sad News, (Aaj Samaj), Mumbai: Jalaj Dheer, the 18-year-old son of Hindi film producer Ashwini Dheer, and one of his friends have died in a road accident. The accident took place on November 23 last week near Hotel Sahara on Western Express Highway in Vile Parle, Mumbai, when Jalaj along with his three friends Sahil Mendha (18), Sarth Kaushik (18) and Jaden were driving with Jimmy ( 18).

The four friends had gathered at Jalaj’s house.
The four friends had reportedly met at Jalaj’s house earlier. They were playing video games until 3:30 in the afternoon. It is said that Sahil Mendha was driving the car and was drunk. According to the police, the car was traveling at a speed of 120 to 150 kilometers per hour. Reports say that, meanwhile, Sahil lost control of the car and crashed into the divider. Sahil Mendha has been arrested.

Ashwini’s last film as a director was Guest in London.
Sahil and Jaden Jimmy suffered minor injuries in the accident, while Sarth Kaushik and Jalaj Dheer were seriously injured. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. Jalaj’s last rites were performed on November 24. Apart from her work in films, Ashwini Dheer has also directed popular television shows like Hum Aapke Hain In Laws and Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baitha Hai. His last film as a director was Guest in London in 2017.
