Rio de Janeiro: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is touring Brazil. He has attended the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro. Prime Minister Modi held bilateral talks with Chilean President Gabriel Boric on the sidelines of the G20 summit. Prime Minister Modi tweeted: “Met Chilean President Gabriel Boric Font in Rio de Janeiro. India’s relations with Chile are strengthening in various sectors. Our talks focused on how pharmaceuticals, technology, space and others how to deepen relations between regions. It is encouraging to see that Ayurveda is gaining popularity in Chile. This is also an area where relations can gain momentum.

Earlier, while sharing the image of his meeting with Brazilian President Lula, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote, he spoke with President Lula during the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro. He made several decisions on cooperation in energy, biofuels, defense, agriculture and other sectors.
PM Modi to go to Guyana
On Monday, President Lula warmly welcomed Prime Minister Modi at the G20 summit venue. Along with Modi, Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Joe Biden are among the leaders who will attend the Rio de Janeiro summit on November 18-19. From Brazil, Prime Minister Modi will visit Guyana at the invitation of President Mohammad Irfan Ali. This will be the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Guyana in more than 50 years.
