The driver of the vehicle that crashed into the car of spiritual guru Kripalu Maharaj’s eldest daughter has also been arrested. The driver had been on the run since the accident. However, the police arrested the conductor. A police officer gave this information to a news agency on Tuesday.
The accident occurred two days ago.
Two days ago, Dr Vishakha Tripathi (78) died in a road accident on Yamuna Expressway in Kankaur area. Dankaur police station in-charge Munendra Kumar said the accused driver Sonu and driver Upendra Kumar alias Bablu are residents of Firozabad district. The conductor was arrested after the accident, but the driver fled.
The accident occurred when Vishakha was traveling from Vrindavan to Delhi with her sisters Dr Shyama Tripathi and Dr Krishna Tripathi, driver Sanjay Malik and followers Hansa Patel, Kanchan Patel, Garima Gupta and Deepak Bhareja. The victims were due to board a flight to Singapore from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.

However, in the meantime, a full-speed gallop from Firozabad to Karnal hit the convoy. Due to the collision, the car in which her eldest daughter Vishakha was traveling was buried under the gallop and Vishakha died during treatment, while her sisters and seven others were seriously injured.
Vishakha’s sister Dr Shyama Tripathi and Dr Krishna Tripathi, who were injured in the accident, were first admitted to Delhi’s Apollo Hospital. At the same time, when Dr. Shyama’s condition improved, he was shifted to the Prem Mandir complex charity hospital. Dr Krishna’s condition is also improving and it is expected that he will also be shifted to the charity hospital by November 28.
The Visakha driver filed an FIR regarding the accident.
Here, Visakha driver Praveen Mudbhari lodged an FIR with the Greater Noida Police regarding this entire matter. In the complaint filed by the driver, suspicion of conspiracy behind the accident is raised.
Following the driver’s complaint, the police have started investigating the entire matter both from the point of view of the accident and conspiracy. In such a situation, only after an investigation will it become clear whether an accident occurred or whether it was organized as part of a conspiracy.
