Decision to run 446 special trains

Railway Board Chairman and CEO Satish Kumar reviewed the preparations through video conferencing. East Central Railway Managing Director Chhatrasal Singh and other senior officials were also present in this meeting. The meeting was told that this time 446 special trains ran on the occasion of Chhath Puja, while last year only 369 special trains ran.

35 special trains will leave these stations on November 8

These special trains will run from November 8 to 22. On November 8, 35 trains will leave for various destinations from major stations of Bihar like Barauni, Darbhanga, Danapur, Gaya, Jaynagar, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Raxaul, Saharsa, Samastipur, etc. For the convenience of passengers, waiting areas have been created at Patna, Danapur, Rajendra Nagar Terminal, Saharsa, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and other important stations. In addition, continuous announcements will also be made at the stations to provide information about the arrival and departure of trains.
