Accused in police custody
A young man was murdered last Saturday in Khorabar, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The accused had fled after committing the crime. The name of the deceased young man was Amit. Now the police have revealed this murder case. The police have arrested the accused. The defendant’s name is Aman. During police interrogation, the accused told why he had killed Amit.
Amit, 25, a resident of Badki Akoli village in Khorabar police station area, was a friend of Aman Yadav from the same village. Accused Aman told the police that both of them were walking. Meanwhile, Aman saw the stray dog passing by and called it towards himself and then started attacking it with a brick that was nearby. Amit couldn’t tolerate this. He said that this dog is also a living being. You will commit sin by killing him. Everyone’s life is dear. This fool isn’t even bad for you. Everyone gets hurt from beatings. This way you can’t do it.

Angry at this, Haman said, let’s see if the hit of the brick hurts you or not and what you do to save your life. Saying this, Aman hit Amit on the head, due to which blood started flowing from his head. After that, Aman ran away from there. Nearby people admitted the injured to the Khorabar Primary Health Center. At that time, the people also informed their relatives, who also arrived at the scene.
Seeing that his condition was serious, doctors referred him to BRD Medical College. Where he died late at night during treatment. In this case, following the complaint of the deceased’s brother Kuldeep, the police have registered a case against Aman under various sections.

In this regard, Abhinav Tyagi of SP city said that the police reached the spot as soon as information about the incident was received. The accused fled the scene. However, he has now been arrested. The police have registered the case. Additional action will be taken based on evidence and facts.
