Two parties clashed in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. One of the parties reported this to the police, but when the police arrived, they took the sub-inspector and the constable hostage and beat them, accusing them of being late. Seeing the opportunity, the officer fled from there and went to the police station and informed the higher authorities. After that police arrived and admitted the injured outpost in charge at BRD Medical College. Furthermore, a case has been registered against 15 identified and 20 unidentified persons and an investigation has been launched. Tension continues in the area. Forces from four police stations have been deployed.

Shravan Yadav and Rajan alias Raj Yadav are related pattidars in Kanhauli village in Sikriganj police station area. There is a dispute between these two people over the land for the last 10 years. On Sunday, a dispute began between the two over parking the bike back and forth, which continued late into the night. Sources said that in the morning Shravan Yadav was going to the junction on his Bullet motorcycle to buy the bearing of the combine harvester. Meanwhile, Rajan also followed him. Shravan is said to have parked the Bullet bike, against which Rajan started protesting.

Both sides clashed again at night.

During this time an altercation began between both parties. Seeing the matter getting worse, Shravan called 112. PRB officers arrived immediately with information. After listening to both sides, somehow a compromise was reached. In the evening both parties met face to face again. They both called all their family and friends. During this period, after an altercation, fights and stone-throwing began. Meanwhile, Shravan Yadav again informed the police.

About an hour after the information, Dughra outpost in-charge Rakesh Kumar and constable Vineet arrived. After their arrival, Shravan Yadav went out with the women of his house and became enraged. He said that someone would lose their life and that you would be so late. This is not right. During this, the post in charge tried to understand those people, but he, along with the women of his house and other people became the attackers. The outpost in charge began recording a video of the incident, which made the matter worse.

The people from Shravan Yadav’s side snatched his mobile phone and started pressuring him to delete the video. When he did not agree, they began beating the outpost in charge and the agent. Meanwhile, seeing the opportunity, Constable Vineet fled from the spot. After that, the outpost in charge was locked in the room and severely beaten. After reaching the police station, Constable Rakesh came to know about the incident, under the leadership of SP South Jitendra Kumar, police officer of four police stations of Sikriganj. , Harpur-Budhat, Belghat and Khajniki rushed to the spot. The seriously injured outpost officer was taken out of the room and admitted to the BRD Medical College.

Further, as per the complaint of SSI Bhupendra of Sikriganj police station, a case was registered under various sections against around 15 named and 20 unnamed persons from both the parties. What did the SSP say?

In this regard, SSP Dr Gaurav Grover said such a bold incident will not be tolerated. A case has been registered against the people involved in the incident. The main defendants from both sides have also been arrested. Efforts are underway to arrest others. The truth is being determined through interrogations.

Shravan Yadav was an army soldier. 10 years ago, when a land dispute began with the Patidars, he left the job. After leaving work, he started farming in the village. During this time his political aspirations also awakened. He had also opposed the election of the village head in the last Panchayat elections, but was unsuccessful. Regarding the incident, people from Shravan’s side say that the outpost in charge was late and when we complained, he got angry. When we protested, he hit the family lady hard in the stomach with his foot. She fell to the ground. In such a situation we caught her.

As for the root cause of the incident, villagers say that Shravan Yadav’s father had three brothers. The eldest brother, Ram Singh, was Shravan’s father, while the second brother is Rajan, Ramjeet’s son. While the youngest was Jhinka, he had no children. The root of the dispute is Jhinak’s property. Both parties have a rivalry with each other to take over their properties and due to that the dispute has been going on for the last 10 years.
