From the moment of the results, the Congress started blaming the EVMs for the defeat. What continues until now. State Congress president Udaybhan blames the EVMs entirely for the defeat. He says BJP won by rigging elections by hacking EVMs. Now Congress is preparing to approach the High Court over the EVM hacking issue. State President Udaybhan said in a press conference that he has enough evidence to hack EVM. Congress has been defeated.
This time it was certain that the Congress would form the government in the state. He said the BJP can only achieve victory by cheating. A day before voting in the Maharashtra elections, the face of the BJP has been exposed. The BJP adopts all kinds of tactics to win elections. Udaybhan has alleged that the elections have been rigged in 14 assembly seats, for which the party has enough evidence. Of the 14 seats where the Congress has claimed EVM hacking, there are 4 seats where the win-loss margin is less than 3,000. At the same time, there is one assembly seat in which the BJP candidate won by just 32 votes.

Congress president Udaybhan has said that before the October 8 election results, Congress Haryana in-charge Deepak Babaria had received a message. Deepak Babaria received a message at 7:30 a.m. before the election results, saying that the Congress would lose 14 seats. In this message, it was claimed that the BJP would win 14 assembly seats by hacking EVMs. Deepak Babaria had received 3 messages, but his health was not good. For this reason we were able to receive these messages on October 9. If we had received the messages received by Deepak Babaria on the morning of October 8, we would have exposed it before the results.
