On this occasion, Congress Party’s chief state spokesperson and district coordinator Bajrang Garg, while offering flowers to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, said that Indira Gandhi ji gave a befitting response to Pakistan’s attack in 1971 by dividing Pakistan into two and establish a separate Bangladesh. Indira ji was born on November 19, 1917 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, daughter of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was also known as the Iron Lady.
