The suspended HSC officer will not be able to leave the headquarters without permission
Hisar News (Aaj Samaj) Hisar: Another case of sexual exploitation of a female employee by an official has come to light in Haryana. The police have registered a case against the accused HSC officer. He was suspended the day before when the video related to this incident surfaced. In the case registered at the Civil Lines police station in Hisar, the police have recorded the statement of the victim employee today. Video related to this incident is also being investigated by police. The accused HSC officer Kulbhushan Bansal was posted as SDM in Hansi, Hisar. He will now occupy the Haryana Chief Secretary’s office in Chandigarh. You will not be able to leave the headquarters without the permission of the Chief Secretary. A few days earlier, an SP of the police department had also been accused of sexual exploitation of women police officers. What ADGP Mamta Singh is doing today. Accusing the HSC officer, the victim said that the officer scared her and made her massage her private parts.

When he protested, he threatened him with a gun. Along with the letter, the victim has also sent a video to higher authorities, in which the agent is seen doing bad things to him. The victim complained about this in writing before the SC Commission, CM Window, the Punjab judge and the Haryana High Court. The victim said in the complaint that if he protested, the officer threatened to fire him from his job and even kill him. Because of this he is very upset. After this, the Haryana government became active in this matter and action was taken against the officer. In the complaint, a person from the Dalit community living in Fatehabad district said that he has been doing massage work since 2020. The officer used to call me and ask for a massage for Rs 200.

Threatened to shoot and kill

About 6 months ago the officer called me to give me a massage. First he received a massage. After this he said that my private parts were itching. He also asked me to bite myself. When I refused, he pulled out his gun and threatened to fire me and kill me. The young victim said that he works as a sweeper in public health. The same officer had hired me, so he used to show his gun and threaten to kick me off the job.
