A painful road accident took place in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, where a speeding truck crushed two friends who were riding a bicycle. This accident occurred when both the friends were going for a Tilak ceremony. The incident was captured by the CCTV camera installed nearby. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took possession of the bodies, sent them for autopsy and started searching for the truck.
The matter is in the Tindwari police station area. Here Lavkush Prajapati, 19, a resident of Chhapar village, was going to attend his friend’s Tilak ceremony along with his friend Shekhar. During this time, a speeding truck from Fatehpur crushed them both. Both young men were seriously injured in the incident. After getting information from passers-by, the police arrived at the scene and admitted both of them to the hospital.

After first aid, doctors referred them to a higher center, after which both died during treatment. There is chaos among family members after the incident. Family members said that both the deceased were friends and were going to attend a Tilak ceremony.

Tindwari police station SHO Rajendra Singh said a truck ran over two youths riding a bike. Both were seriously injured. He was admitted to the hospital, from where he was transferred to a higher center. Both died during treatment. The autopsy of the bodies is being carried out. A case has been registered based on the complaint of the family members and further legal action is being taken.
