Under this recruitment drive, 2,000 police officer positions will be filled across the state. In this-
Uttarakhand District Police Constable (Male): 1600 Posts
Constable PAC/IRB (male): 400 positions
Selection process
There will be a 02-hour contest (objective type with multiple choice) of 100 points for the selection of the above positions. To clear this exam, it is mandatory for candidates from General and OBC categories to score 45 per cent of the minimum marks and candidates from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories to score 35 per cent.
There will be four answer options for each question on the exam. The candidate must choose the correct answer from four answer options. A quarter point will be deducted for each incorrect answer given by the candidate.

application fee
Candidates who wish to apply for this recruitment will be required to pay the application fee. The application fee for unreserved/OBC category applying for this is Rs 300.
