IBPS Secretary Name Changed: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has changed the name of the post of Secretary. IBPS Clerk Recruitment Exam will now be called Customer Service Associate Recruitment Exam (IBPS CSA instead of IBPS Clerk).
The official notification reads: ‘As per the decision of the competent authority, the appointment of administrative staff in public sector banks has been changed. The existing designation of Secretary has been changed to “Customer Service Associate” (CSA) and this change in designation is effective from 04.01.2024. Later, CRP CLERK-XIV was changed to CRP-CSA-XIV [ग्राहक सेवा सहयोगियों (CSA) की भर्ती के लिए सामान्य भर्ती प्रक्रिया] it will be understood and read as.

IBPS RRB PO Mains Result 2024 Out: Mains Result Released
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the result of Probationary Officer (PO) Mains.
