The Champions Trophy 2025 will be held on Pakistani soil next year. The Indian cricket team has clearly refused to travel to Pakistan for this tournament. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) recently confirmed that India has informed the ICC about its reluctance to travel to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy to be held in February-March next year.
Although there are still doubts about the India-Pakistan match in the Champions Trophy, before the end of the year 2024 there will be a clash between India and Pakistan in not just one but 2 matches each. You may be surprised to know this. Yes, you heard that right. In the coming days there will be two clashes between India and Pakistan. The interesting thing is that the two main matches will be played within a month. That means fans will be able to enjoy the India-Pakistan match twice. Fans wait for the India-Pakistan match
In fact, the Asian Cricket Council i.e. ACC has announced the schedule of the Asia Cup. The teams of arch-rivals India and Pakistan have been placed in the same group for the inaugural season of the U-19 Women’s Asia Cup. This tournament will be held in Malaysia, in which the 6 teams have been divided into two groups of three teams each. Group A consists of India, Pakistan and Nepal, while Group B consists of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and hosts Malaysia. All matches in this competition will take place at the Beaumas Oval in Kuala Lumpur.
The tournament will begin on December 15 with the match between hosts Malaysia and Sri Lanka. India will take on Pakistan in the second match on the same day. The next day, Sri Lanka will face Bangladesh and then Pakistan will face Nepal. The last round match of the group stage will be played on December 17. On this day Bangladesh will face Malaysia, then India will face Nepal. The top two teams in each group will advance to the ‘Super Four Round’ on December 19 and 20, while the play-off for fifth/sixth place will take place on December 18. The two best teams from the ‘Super Four’ will reach the final on December 22.
India-Pakistan will face each other in the men’s Asia Cup
This is the second game. Now let’s talk about the first game. Before the U-19 Women’s Asia Cup, India and Pakistan will face each other on November 30. This clash will take place in the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup for which the Indian team has been announced. The Indian U19 cricket team will begin their tournament campaign against the Pakistan U19 team on November 30 in Dubai. After this, India will take on the Japan U19 and UAE U19 teams in Sharjah on November 2 and 4 respectively.

- India U-19 vs Pakistan U-19: November 30, Dubai (10:30 am IST)
- India U-19 vs Japan U-19: December 2, Sharjah (10:30 am IST)
- India U-19 vs UAE U-19: December 4, Sharjah (10:30 am IST)
- First semi-final match: December 6, Dubai (10:30 am IST)
- Second semi-final match: December 6, Sharjah (10:30 am IST)
- Final Match: December 8, Dubai (10:30 am IST)
