Skill Development Minister Kapil Dev Aggarwal launched the PM Vishwakarma scheme under India-Israel Drive 3.0 in Lucknow. In view of this, UP youth will be sent to work in Israel. In fact, currently the demand for qualified Indian youth is increasing in Israel. 5 thousand people will be sent to Israel in India-Israel Drive 3.0. He encouraged the workers at the skill test organized at Government ITI, Lucknow.
Compil Minister Dev Aggarwal said that a new Israel will be created in the hands of the capable young Indian generation. Skilled workers are being given new employment opportunities in Israel, giving them recognition on the global stage and a path to a better future. According to the memorandum of understanding signed with the Israeli government, more than 9,000 workers have so far found employment in Israel.
He said these workers are being provided opportunities to work in building construction, mall management and technical jobs, where they receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹1.25 lakh and ₹1.5 lakh. Special training programs are being carried out to improve the language proficiency and skills of the workers, so that they do not face any kind of problem at the workplace. By providing demand-based training to youth, they are prepared in areas where their capabilities and skills can be best utilized.
The Minister said that this initiative is not limited only to providing employment, but workers who return from Israel after gaining experience can also create new jobs and further improve their businesses. This unprecedented step by the Yogi government aims to connect the youth of the state with international opportunities, improve their standard of living and make a significant contribution to the economic progress of the state.
