Dr. Satyarthi said today’s event seeks to strengthen development from its roots, which are the Indian tradition of thought, spirituality and philosophy. These are universal and eternal values. Our method has very deep roots. We have to retain them.
He said India does not need to beg anyone for the definition, the concept, its scale and its methods of development. Dr Kailash Satyarthi said that it makes one creative and research oriented. This intelligence was worshiped by our ancestors and the gods who made the world better with their contribution. This sentence is the most suitable for this program.
Another specialty of Yagya is that when we offer our best, there is no sense of ego in our mind.
He said this is happening for the first time – one thousand researchers selected from around two lakh researchers have gathered here. When we sit here with the determination of a developed India, this is the beginning of a new yagya. Whenever people interested in the welfare of society, nation and humanity dedicate themselves and decide to gather at one place, that is also a great yagya. This program is a great yagya. Another specialty of Yagya is that when we offer our best, there is no sense of ego in our mind.
He said my name is Satyarthi and you are a thousand researchers. There is no difference between a truthful person and a researcher. You get to the truth through research, I get to the truth through my actions. The best job in the world is Yagya. Yagya has a direct relationship with development and nature. He said that the message of the Yagya starting here today will enlighten the entire world.
Dr. Satyarthi said that our concept of development does not involve looting or exploiting anyone. The opposite occurs in India’s DNA. Everything you achieve in life, you will give back without gratitude, pride or arrogance. The joy one gets is part of India’s DNA. We don’t push anyone back. We don’t believe in leaving anyone behind and moving forward. India does not need to beg anyone for the definition, the concept, its scale and its methods of development. Our Vedas and traditions have taught the message of equality thousands of years ago. Today we talk about development, we dream of a developed India. In my opinion, the development of our tradition of thought is three-dimensional.
This separates us from the West. There is individual development, collective development and universal development. Body, mind is the development of the soul. Maintaining the soul better through religion and spirituality is personal development. Collective development guarantees decent livelihoods for all, good education and health, and security for all. This has to be done in collective development. Thirdly, the basis of universal development is based on the principles of Sarve Bhavantu Sukhina and Vasudhaiva Kutumbam. This is not just a verse, there is a deep mystery in it. This feeling should be in our hearts and minds. We can only realize the concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam when we realize it. The arms of India are so big that we can embrace the entire world.
