This festival will be inaugurated on November 29 at 10 am. The chief guest of the inauguration ceremony will be Vice President Dr. Krishna Middha and the special guest will be Haryanvi artist Padmashree Mahabir Guddu.
The program will be chaired by the university’s principal and chief patron Satyawan Malik. The closing ceremony of this cultural festival will be held on November 30 at 4 pm and the chief guest of the closing ceremony will be Cabinet Minister Krishnalal Papanwar.
