He says this word has hurt the sentiments of the people of the Valmiki community.,At the same time, actress Shilpa Shetty had apologized for this matter in the year 2017 itself.

The sentiments of the Valmiki community were hurt.

This case was registered against Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty in the year 2013. At the same time, after three years in the year 2017, an FIR was registered in this matter. In this case, both the artistes were accused of allegedly using the word ‘Bhangi’ against the people of Valmiki community in the television interview. At the same time, the hearing of this case took place on Thursday at the Jodhpur High Court. Where the court gave its verdict in favor of Shilpa Shetty and Salman Khan.

The petitioner’s counsel argued that it is a statutory belief that unless the reason for delay is stated in the FIR, it is itself fatal. At the same time, the Jodhpur High Court bench said that FIR cannot be registered under the SC-ST Act without approval and investigation. Furthermore, a decision has been taken to cancel the FIR registered against Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty.

I respect all religions- Shilpa

This case was registered at Churu Kotwali police station. Shilpa Shetty had already apologized for this matter in the year 2017 itself. The petitioner’s counsel argued before the court that the SC-ST Act is not applicable in this case. Because the alleged comments were not intended to insult on the basis of caste. Therefore, this FIR is legally unsustainable and an abuse of process. At the same time, the court said that there was no allegation against the petitioner that warranted continuation of the present complaint and dismissed the case.
