Kailash Gehlot joins BJP, Manohar Lal gives him membership

New Delhi. Najafgarh MLA Kailash Gehlot joined the BJP on Monday. Manohar Lal Khattar has given membership to Kailash Gehlot in the BJP headquarters. During this time many senior leaders of the Delhi BJP were present there. Kailash Gehlot resigned from his ministerial post and as a senior member of the AAP on Sunday.
Kailash Gehlot was sworn in as Transport Minister in the Government of Delhi for the first time on February 19, 2015. He was later appointed minister for three consecutive terms. Before resigning, Kailash Gehlot wrote a letter to Aam Aadmi Party national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal and leveled serious allegations against the party.
In a letter to Kejriwal, Gehlot said that the Aam Aadmi Party is currently facing serious challenges. The party’s political ambitions have eclipsed our commitment to the people, leaving many promises unfulfilled.
What the party had done to the people of Delhi. The dream of cleaning the Yamuna could not be fulfilled. Yamuna is now more polluted than before. Apart from this, many strange controversies like that of Sheesh Mahal (Chief Minister’s residence) came to light. This tarnished the image of the party. Questions are raised about whether people trust the party. Instead of fighting for the rights of the people, the parties only fight for their political agenda.
This weakened our ability to provide basic services to the people of Delhi. The Delhi government spends most of its time fighting with the Centre, so no real development of Delhi could take place. He said he had started his political journey to serve the people of Delhi and wanted to continue it. That is why I am separating myself from the AAP and resigning from the primary membership of the party. Furthermore, he also wrote a letter to the Chief Minister and resigned from his post.
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi accepted Najafgarh MLA Kailash Gehlot as minister. He was Transport Minister in the Delhi government. Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party sources say many ED and Income Tax cases were pending against Kailash Gehlot. He has been raided by the ED and Income Tax several times. In such a situation, to avoid this raid, he had no option but to join the BJP. This is a dirty conspiracy of the BJP. BJP wants to win elections in Delhi thanks to ED and CBI.
Following the resignation of Kailash Gehlot, all his departments have been handed over to the Chief Minister. According to information received from government sources, all Kailash Gehlot departments will remain in the hands of Chief Minister Atishi. In this regard, Chief Minister Atishi sent a proposal to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.
On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party claims that many big BJP leaders will join the AAP on Monday. Aam Aadmi Party national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal will hold a press conference on Monday. Arvind Kejriwal will announce it at 2 pm.
