First, the JJP-backed Kaithal Zilla Parishad president was removed by moving a no-confidence motion. In his place, a BJP-backed councilor was appointed president. A no-confidence motion was subsequently brought against Committee Chairman Sivan Bloss. Now a no-confidence motion has been moved against the chairman of Chika’s Congress-backed block committee.
18 of the 22 members submitted their affidavits to Kaithal ADC Deepak Babu Lal Karwa against Cheeka Block Committee president. In this he spoke of presenting a motion of no confidence against the president of the Chika Block Committee. Now the administration will call a meeting for the motion of censure. The date of the meeting has not yet been decided.

Members of the Chika Block Committee said that the current Chairman of the Block Committee has the support of Congress. But there is a BJP government in the state. Therefore, the development of their neighborhoods stopped. For the last two years, he has asked president Dimple Rani to develop the wards. But the work told by him is not being done. Therefore, he submitted an affidavit to ADC to file a no-confidence motion against President Dimple Rani. Members say a BJP-backed president will now be appointed in the Cheeka Block Committee.
