Dr. Kamla Prasad Singh, a renowned lover of literature, a scholar committed to learned education and an inspiring educationist, who was the successful Principal of Bachchu Lal Inter College established on August 15, 1947 for 28 years, bids farewell to this world today at 7:30 am at the age of 90. I took it. That was when he was eating cookies and tea as usual at his private residence after his morning walk.
In order to improve the education sector, he dedicated his entire life to providing education to boys and girls in this backward area and turning them into capable citizens. As soon as the news of the death of director Shri Singh, born in 1938, spread, a wave of mourning swept across the entire area, including Ayodhya and the villages.
The funeral procession that left for the last rites on the banks of river Saryu in Dilasiganj was first taken to the Shri Hanuman Temple established on the premises of Bachulal Inter College. Where, under the leadership of Principal Devendra Singh, all the students and teachers paid their last respects with teary eyes and paid an emotional tribute to him. He used to worship this Hanuman temple daily by bowing his head. After the late director, the funeral procession reached the Dilasiganj cremation ground with a convoy of long vehicles. Where in front of brother Sharda Prasad Singh, Dr. Awadh Prasad Singh, Arunoday Singh and younger brother Awadhesh Singh Munna, Master Vinay Singh’s son lit the funeral pyre of Principal Kamla Prasad Singh amidst Vedic mantras.

Former BJP MP Lallu Singh said renowned director Kamala Prasad Singh was an embodiment of simplicity and a man of principles. Former Bachulal Inter College principal Ram Chandra Singh said the late principal did a job of service.
Former Pradhan Awadh Bihari Singh said that Kamla Singh’s death is an irreparable loss not only for the family, the village but for the entire Ayodhyadham. Bachchulal Inc. chief spokesperson Chetnarayan Singh said that after seeing his life it did not seem like he was living a family life, he lived like a saint. Former director Rajnarayan Singh says we all always take his blessings and guidance. Teacher leader Vishwanath Singh said the lines of simple life and high thoughts suited him perfectly. BJP leader Sudhir Singhmunna said Pandit Deendayal believed in Upadhyay’s Antyodaya theory.
