The court directed the ED to file a response
Latest News from Delhi (Aaj Samaj), New Delhi: The hearing of the important case related to former Delhi CM and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal will now be held on November 26. During last day’s hearing, the Rouse Avenue Court directed the Enforcement Directorate to file a reply to former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s petition. Let it be known that in the petition, ED has sought a copy of the approval required to prosecute Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the alleged excise scam.
While hearing this case, Special Judge Kaveri Baweja gave directions on Kejriwal’s petition. He stated that they did not give him a copy of the approval. In his petition, Kejriwal said that during the recent hearing in the High Court, ED had said that necessary approvals were obtained from the concerned authorities while filing the charge sheet. The judge notified the ED and ordered it to file its response by November 26, the next hearing date.

He resigned from the post of CM after being released on bail.
Let it be known that when Arvind Kejriwal recently came out of jail on bail after being jailed for several months in the case of alleged rigging in Delhi excise policy, he resigned from the post of Delhi CM as soon as he arrived. After this, Atishi was appointed as the new CM.
Kejriwal expressed joy over AAP’s victory in Punjab
On the other hand, expressing happiness over the AAP’s victory in three of the four assembly seats, although it fared better in Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal termed it a victory for the Aam Aadmi Party and the Punjab government. He said this shows that the public still likes the Aam Aadmi Party and is with the government because of the development work being done in Punjab.
