He said that mutual understanding and brotherhood are very important for the progress of society. Rowdy said that today the state government is launching a special campaign to eradicate drug addiction. The state police cooperates with the government in this, but it is necessary for every person in the society to cooperate with the government. He said Panchayats act as catalysts to take public welfare and development schemes of the state government to the village level. Rowdy called on all Panches to dedicate themselves to development works under the leadership of their Sarpanches from today. He also asked the Panches to make strict efforts to make the villages drug free and create awareness to keep the youth away from drugs. He called on the Panches to work hard to make the villages clean, green and pollution-free. During the event, the chief guest was honored by the district administration by presenting him with a souvenir.
