Prayagraj : Preparations are in full swing in Prayagraj for Mahakumbh 2025. As per CM Yogi’s vision of a divine and grand Kumbh, on one hand a Mahakumbh city is being built in the Sangam area for millions of devotees and Kalpavasis, while on the other On the other hand the Municipal Corporation is working on the beautification of Prayagraj city. CM Yogi will come to Prayagraj on November 27 to inspect these Maha Kumbh construction works. In this sequence, CM Yogi will unveil the newly constructed control room building of Prayagraj Municipal Corporation. From this building, the Municipal Corporation will operate the Solid Waste Control Room, Complaint Control Room and Prayagraj Smart City Office.
Newly built smart city control room and office at a cost of Rs 14 crore
The world’s largest human gathering, Maha Kumbh, is being organized in Prayagraj. As per CM Yogi’s vision, efforts are being made to make Maha Kumbh divine, grand and clean. In this direction, many construction and beautification works are being carried out in Prayagraj. A new control room building has been constructed in Prayagraj Municipal Corporation. In this regard, Municipal Corporation CTO PK Dwivedi said that when CM Yogi reaches Prayagraj, he will inaugurate the newly constructed building at a cost of Rs 14 crore at the Municipal Corporation office.
Solid waste, complaint control room and Smart City office will be operated from here.
He said that the operation of Solid Waste Control Room, Public Complaints Control Room and Prayagraj Smart City office will be carried out from this building. He said that the cleaning and sanitation system of the entire Prayagraj city will be monitored live from the Solid Waste Control Room constructed in this building. The cleaning system will be monitored with the help of CCTV cameras installed across the city. Furthermore, the grievances of the people of Prayagraj will be resolved quickly through the Public Complaints Control Room. This type of solid waste control room is being developed for the first time in the entire state. Additionally, the Prayagraj Smart City office will also function from this newly constructed building.
