At the same time, NCP Sharad Chand faction chief Sharad Pawar’s bag was searched in Raigarh.
As soon as Rahul Gandhi’s helicopter landed at the Dhamangaon railway helipad in Amravati, the Election Commission officials reached there. After this, the officials checked Rahul’s bag along with the helicopter. After checking it, the agents returned. Meanwhile, Rahul left for the public meeting. He will campaign for 8 Mahavikas Aghadi candidates in Amravati district and seek votes.
‘The public will give an appropriate response to those who attack the Constitution’
In his speech at the election rally in Amravati, Rahul Gandhi said that it is only because of the Constitution that we get the power to live with dignity and with our heads held high. The people of Maharashtra will give a befitting reply to those attacking the Constitution. He said hatred is spreading in the country because Narendra Modi ended the employment system.
The Congress leader said that today young people cannot find employment in any state because the country’s billionaires bring products from China and sell them here. Factories closed due to demonetisation and GST. Small businesses that provided employment to people were destroyed.
