According to Gupta, this FIR was registered against another driver Ramjit Rajbhar (resident of Ambedkar Nagar) and cook Gorakh Sahni (resident of Maharajganj) on the basis of the complaint of Omprakash Rajbhar driver Sanjay Rajbhar. Gupta, citing the complainant’s complaint, said Sanjay Rajbhar is suffering from oral cancer and is undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital while staying at Diamond Apartment. According to the complaint, recently Ramjeet Rajbhar came to meet Sanjay and when he told him that he was going to the hospital with his wife, Ramjeet asked him for the house keys.
According to the complaint, Sanjay said the key is in the hands of the guard. He alleged that he had three lakh rupees, of which he took 25 thousand rupees and went to the hospital and left the rest in the bag in the apartment, but when he returned, 2 lakh 75 thousand rupees in cash and his wife’s jewelery were missing. from the bag. Sanjay alleges that Ramjeet, along with Gorakh Sahni, stole Rs 3.25 lakh in cash and his wife’s jewellery.

According to the news received from Ambedkar Nagar, Tanda police have arrested Ramjeet for alleged theft. SHO Deepak Singh Raghuvanshi of Tanda Kotwali police station said that Ramjeet has been questioned and investigation into the case is continuing. At the same time, Arvind Rajbhar said in a video statement, “We live in Diamond Apartment and Sanjay Rajbhar is my old driver, for whose cancer treatment three lakh rupees were raised through donations.” Arvind Rajbhar said, “I have learned that with the help of cook Gorakh Sahni, Ramjit Rajbhar, who was expelled, got the keys of the apartment and stole Rs 3.25 lakh from the purse.
