Bollywood actress Helena Luke died on Sunday in the United States. Dancer and actress Kalpana Iyer shared the news of Helena’s demise on social media. Helena played small roles in many Bollywood films in the 80s.
Helena is best remembered for Amitabh Bachchan’s film ‘Mard’ (1985). He also worked in ‘Do Gulab’ (1983), ‘Aao Pyar Karein’ (1983) and ‘Saath Saath’ (1982). The reason for Helena’s death has not yet been revealed.

Helena married the Bollywood star of her time, Mithun Chakraborty. But the marriage of Mithun and his first wife Helena could only last 4 months. In an old interview, Helena had termed her marriage to Mithun as a “hazy dream”.
