The Election Commission of India has changed the dates of the by-elections to be held in the assembly seats of the states of Kerala and Punjab, including Uttar Pradesh. The by-elections scheduled for November 13 will now be held on November 20. Following this decision of the Election Commission, Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav has made a big statement.

MP Dimple Yadav said there is a stir somewhere, so the polling date for the by-elections has been changed to November 20. Good work we are doing and we are also contesting elections for some seats in Maharashtra. Keeping this in mind, the date has been changed by making some coordination somewhere. It is noteworthy that Samajwadi Party candidates are contesting for all 9 seats in Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party will contest on the 8th and Rashtriya Lok Dal candidate will contest from Meerapur assembly seat.
Change of date in 14 assembly seats
The Election Commission of India issued a press note saying that the dates of the elections have been changed due to various social, cultural and religious events. Therefore, many social organizations, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, RLD, Congress and the BSP, had talked about changing the date. In such a situation, elections will be held on November 20 for assembly seats in a total of 14 states, including Kerala, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. The results will be announced on November 23.
