The controversy over foam throwing on the garland stage during a wedding ceremony at Harichanda village in Panapur Kariat police station area of Muzaffarpur took a serious turn. Relatives have alleged that the young man died due to beating due to a dispute over foam blowing. Police are investigating both aspects of the marital dispute and the accidental death.
The matter is in Harichanda village in Panapur Kariat police station area. Here the controversy over foam throwing during Varmala intensified, in which a young man died. The deceased has been identified as Sanjeet, who had gone to his maternal uncle’s house to attend the wedding. According to family members, Sanjeet blew foam during the wedding ceremony, which led to a dispute with some locals. During this time he was seriously injured when he was attacked with bamboo. Sanjeet was immediately rushed to SKMCH hospital, where he died during treatment.

The deceased’s brother Ranjeet said Sanjeet had come to Raksa village from Bhedayahi village to attend the wedding of his maternal uncle’s daughter. During the gate installation ceremony along with the wedding procession, Sanjeet blew foam after which the dispute escalated and he was seriously injured when he was attacked with a bamboo. After this, the people who attacked fled the scene.
The police said this in the matter.
Rural SP Vidya Sagar said that the family members have said that the death was due to beating, but the deceased’s bicycle was found at the spot, hence the possibility of a road accident is also raised. The police are investigating both points. The police have launched an investigation based on the request of the relatives. The body has been sent for autopsy. And action will be taken after confirming the facts.
