The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment. Chero OP police station in-charge Vikesh Kumar said the police will take action against the culprits. The victim was admitted to the Kalyan Bigha Referral Hospital.

Rambalak Manjhi, husband of the injured woman, said his eldest grandson had died due to the bite of a poisonous snake on the night of November 1, 2024.
