News9 World Summit,

The News9 World Summit of India’s number one news network TV9 began in Germany on November 21. A session on cinema was also organized at this event, in which Oliver Mann, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wurttemberg Film Oce and Frederick Radman, CEO of Constantin Film AG, spoke about Indian cinema.

Referring to Shahrukh Khan in the session, Oliver Mann said that many people know Shahrukh in Germany. He has many friends here in Germany. He also said that more Indian stars will have to be brought here and introduced to the youth of Germany. Praising Indian films, he said that films shot there are liked in Germany.

There is applause in Indian cinemas – Fredpick Radman

Fredpik Radman said during his speech that India is a very special place for the German people. There I have seen that when movie stars appear on the screen, people applaud, but this does not happen in Germany. He also said that there are many such films, including ‘Slum Dog Millionaire’, that come straight from the heart.

He said Indian films reflect the culture there. There are songs in the movies there, but there are no songs in our movies. The narrative of both countries is different. We should think about taking Indian films to an even higher level.

The country’s Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also participated in the World News Summit on the first day. He expressed his opinion on “India and Germany: Roadmap for Sustainable Development”. This summit was attended by Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, VfB Stuttgart Marketing and Sales Director Rouven Kasper and many other great personalities. This summit will continue until November 23.
