On the 150th birth anniversary of Dharti Aba Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to him in Jamui, Bihar and issued a postage stamp in his name. No concern for backward tribals

Prime Minister Modi, while taking aim at the previous governments, said that care was not taken for the most backward tribals. To reduce the hardships in their lives, our government launched the Prime Minister Janman Yojana worth Rs 24,000 crore. He said that this plan guarantees the development of the settlements of the most backward tribes in the country.

The Prime Minister said that our government has provided thousands of permanent houses to the most backward tribes.

Prime Minister Modi said that tribal society is what made Prince Ram Lord Ram. The tribal society is the one that led the fight for hundreds of years to protect the culture and independence of India.
