Ambala News | Ambalá. Haryana New and Renewable Energy Department and HAREDA are managing a unique energy conservation award scheme at the state level. Under this scheme, applications have been invited from eligible consumers of various categories for the year 2023-24. The last date to apply has been extended to November 26, 2024.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that industrial, commercial, government, institutional and group residential buildings located in the state of Haryana are decorated with energy conservation awards at the state level as a result of taking best measures in the field of conservation of energy, adopt technology and achieve energy efficiency.
Apart from this, institutions that perform best in innovation/new technologies/research and development projects, including innovative promotion projects, research and innovation in energy conservation, energy efficiency, waste-to-energy and renewable energy, and management efficient natural resources, are also eligible for the state level. It informed that Department of New and Renewable Energy, Haryana and HAREDA have invited applications from eligible consumers for granting state level energy conservation award for the year 2023-24. A copy of the guidelines for this plan is available on the HAREDA website.
