‘Now I will not go to any temple of Shri Krishna’… Why did Jagadguru Rambhadracharya take such a vow?

Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Maharaj

Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Maharaj, who is doing 9 days Ramkatha in Jaipur, Rajasthan, has made a big statement about the birthplace of Krishna. During the Katha, sitting in Vyas Gaddi, he said that until the decision is taken regarding the birthplace of Shri Krishna in Mathura, he will not go to any Krishna temple for darshan. He said this while visiting the city’s most famous Krishna temple, Shri Govind Dev Ji.

9 days of Ramkatha have been organized at Vidyadhar Nagar stadium in Jaipur. This Ramkatha is being narrated by Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, the leader of Tulsi Peeth. During this time, when Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Vyas was sitting on the throne, he said about the darshan of Shri Govind Devji that he had decided to visit the temple. He said he later changed his mind. During this, he expressed his determination and said that until the decision is taken on Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, he will not go to any Krishna temple for darshan.

What did Jagadguru say?

Jagadguru Rambhadracharya said from the stage, “We have told Govind Dev Ji, no matter how much you try to persuade me, I will not go to any Krishna temple until victory is achieved at the birthplace of Shri Krishna in Mathura.” Jagadguru Rambhadracharya said that the throne of Galata also belongs to his people, it will remain with them. He wants his people to have control over Galata Gaddi, one of the sacred religious sites near the city. He said the pillar of Ramanandis’ victory will also be there in Galata Gaddi.

Stay connected with the Ram Mandir movement

Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, the leader of Tulsi Peeth, has also been associated with the Shri Ram Mandir movement for a long time. This year, when the Ram temple was about to be inaugurated, Shankaracharya had opposed the incomplete construction of the temple. So Rambhadracharya had said that Shankaracharya was never associated with the Ram Mandir movement. He termed the inauguration of Ram Mandir as a proud moment and participated in it with full enthusiasm.
