On the other hand, two different variants of the S1 Z, S1 Z and S1 Z+, have also been presented. Both Gig and Gig+ from Ola Electric will be exclusively for commercial use. While the S1 Z was launched in the passenger category and the S1 Z+ was launched in the commercial category.

Gig launched with a 1.5 kWh battery. Its maximum speed will be 25 kilometers per hour and it will offer a range of 112 kilometers on a single charge. This scooter will come with a single battery. Ola has launched this scooter at a price of Rs 39,999. Gig+ was launched with dual batteries. It will have a 1.5 kWh battery. With a single battery, this scooter will provide a range of 18 km on a single charge. Its maximum speed will be 45 kilometers per hour. The company has priced Gig+ at Rs 49,999.

The company has set the price of Rs 59,999 for the S1 Z.

S1 Z and S1 Z+ have been launched with a power of 1.5 kWh x 2 (3 kW). This scooter will come with a single battery and a separate battery can also be installed. With a single battery, this scooter will give a range of 75 km on a single charge and with a double battery, it will give a range of 146 km. Its maximum speed will be 70 kilometers per hour. The price of the S1 Z has been set at Rs 59,999 and the price of the S1 Z+ has been set at Rs 64,999.

Gig scooters will also be available for rental

Ola Electric said in a statement that this series will be available for both business-to-business (B2B) purchase and rental.
