Pakistan expressed surprise at Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zedong’s statement on security issues

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed surprise over Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zedong’s security-related statement. Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said the statement does not represent the healthy diplomatic tradition between Pakistan and China, which has been established over the years. He said attacks on Chinese in Pakistan are unacceptable and such rhetoric needs to be avoided.
