(Panipat News) Panipat. The winning children of the district level Children’s Festival were honored by the District Child Welfare Council at the Bal Bhavan premises. Well-known social worker Harpal Dhanda, elder brother of Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, participated in the program as the chief guest. The program was chaired by District Child Welfare Officer Ritu Rathi. Addressing the children on this occasion, Harpal Dhanda said that today. Dhanda said just going on stage gives children courage to move forward in their lives. Dhanda said he is happy that hundreds of children from his home district brought stalls this time. District child welfare officer Ritu Rathi said she is happy that compared to previous years, children in Panipat have performed well and bagged more positions.
