Why did the Telangana government send a notice?
In reality, high sound level is not safe for children. According to WHO guidelines, this decision has been made keeping in mind the health of children. What is written in the notice?
According to WHO guidelines, it is not safe for adults to come into contact with sound pressure above 140 dB. While for children the level is reduced to 120 dB. But the sound level on stage exceeds 120 dB. For this reason, children are prevented from going on stage.
