Grap-3 was implemented in Delhi.

Pollution in the country’s capital Delhi and NCR is breaking all records. At present, the air quality level of the national capital i.e. AQI is over 450, which is considered a very serious category. According to the Central Pollution Control Board’s Sameer app, Delhi’s air quality index today is 404, which falls in the severe category. In some areas the ICA is above 450.
