In the case of kidnapping of a minor student, who was studying with her father in Faridabad, Haryana, by a youth from Jalalpur, the Jalalpur police recovered the girl after a fortnight and started taking further action. The victim’s mother, from a village in Jalalpur Kotwali area, complained to the superintendent of police that her 16-year-old daughter used to live and study with her father in Faridabad, Haryana. Saurabh, a resident of nearby Jalalpur village in Basia, used to come to her house. Meanwhile, on September 18, Saurabh lured his youngest daughter and ran away with her. Saurabh’s brother Shubham, sister Shashi and their parents also participate in the daughter’s expulsion. Following the complaint, the police, on the order of the SP, had registered a case against all the accused under various sections, including kidnapping. In which Kotwal Santosh Kumar Singh reported that the kidnapped girl has been recovered and legal action is underway.
