The shooting schedule of Pushpa 2 started on October 30, 2022 from Hyderabad. After the first schedule of the film was completed, the second schedule began in January 2023 in Visakhapatnam. Only one action sequence with Pushpa was shot here. This action sequence, shot with 50 stuntmen at the Visakhapatnam port, is very explosive. It is heard that in this scene, Allu Arjun was hung upside down about 100 feet from the ground.

The shooting also took place in the Odisha forest.
Two months after the shooting wrapped up in January i.e. March 2023, the shooting of the film resumed in Bengaluru with Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna. The shoot was completed in two schedules in Bengaluru. As of April 2023, the jungle sequences of Pushpa 2 were mainly shot in the Malkangiri district of Odisha. Many local people living in this area were also included in this shoot. After August 2023, most of the shooting of this film was done in Hyderabad only. But in March 2024, some important sequences of Pushpa 2 were shot at the Yaganti temple in Visakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh. The Pushpa film franchise is a true ‘Make in India’ project. The Japanese and Malaysian sets seen in this film, set in the 1990s and 2000s, were also built at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad.
