Amid the UP by-elections, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi visited Rae Bareli on Tuesday (November 5). On a one-day visit, Rahul Gandhi received blessings from Hanuman ji by visiting Churuva temple located on the border of Rae Bareli Lucknow. After this, Rahul Gandhi reached the intersection of Degree College and Shaheed Chowk. Here he laid a wreath and inaugurated the university crossing.
We tell you that this is Rahul Gandhi’s third visit after being elected Rae Bareli MP. Today, MP Rahul Gandhi attended the Disha Committee meeting to be held at Bachat Bhawan and chaired the Disha Committee meeting on the progress of various schemes administered by the central and state governments in the district. The works and other projects being carried out for the development of the district were also discussed in detail.
On reaching Bachhrawan, Rahul Gandhi was warmly received by the workers. Apart from this, the Congress MP, on his one-day visit, reached Shaheed Chowk intersection of Degree College and saw the beautification work of the intersection. Rahul Gandhi offered prayers at the Pehalwan Veer Baba temple. During this period he also inaugurated numerous road projects.
