A big revelation has come to light in the paper leak case of the Sub-Inspector recruitment exam conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission in 2021. The written exam was leaked even before the printing press was set up. Apart from the son and daughter of former RPSC member Ramurai Raika, the documents were made available to many other candidates 10 days before the exam. This was revealed in the statement of charges presented by the SOG investigative agency. More than 7 lakh candidates had applied for this recruitment.
The exam was conducted in two shifts on September 13, 14 and 15, 2021 at designated centers across the state. According to Bhaskar’s report, according to the SOG charge sheet, the newspaper had reached around 150 people before going to print. The investigation also revealed that the documents were given to the candidates a day before the exam. They were handwritten.

For this exam, recruitment will be done on a total of 859 SI/Platoon Commander posts. More than 7 lakh 97 thousand candidates had applied for this. The application process for this recruitment started from February 9 to March 10, 2021. The selection would be done through written exam, PET, PST and document verification.

Now the question is, what about the more than 7 lakh candidates who applied for this recruitment? The application fee has been fixed at Rs 350 for General, OBC and EWS categories, Rs 250 for OBC, NCL categories and Rs 150 for SC and ST categories. Now, when will this exam be taken again? The Commission has not yet shared official information on this matter.
