Rape victim commits suicide by consuming poison in Pilibhit, police accused of provoking her

When a rape victim did not get justice in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, she consumed poison and reached the police station. After which the police admitted him to the hospital for treatment, but he died. The police seem to be deadlocked over this whole issue. See video.
