Mumbai The election results in Maharashtra are about a week away, but so far there are doubts over the name of the state’s new CM. Now, Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut has looked into this. Sanjay Raut alleged that Eknath Shinde’s decisions were being taken in Delhi and the future of Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sena was never decided in Delhi.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut criticized the delay in announcing the CM’s name in Maharashtra and said, “They (Mahayuti) have absolute majority, it has been seven days, but until now Mahayuti could not.” give Maharashtra a Chief Minister. What is the reason for this? Why can’t Prime Minister Amit Shah and his leaders take a decision on the CM? He (Eknath Shinde) does politics on behalf of Balasaheb Thackeray, but his decisions are taken in Delhi. Balasaheb Thackeray’s Shiv Sena decisions were never taken in Delhi. These used to take place in Mumbai. We have never been to Delhi. Be it Atal ji or Advani ji, we never extended our hand to go to Delhi.
When Sanjay Raut was asked if Shiv Sena will contest the UBT BMC elections alone or with the Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance. Sanjay Raut got angry over this and did not give a clear answer. Sanjay Raut said, ‘Why are you so worried about this? The Lok Sabha and Assembly elections have just been held, we will see what to do. We know what we have to do. Maha Vikas Aghadi leaders are capable of taking decisions regarding BMC elections.
