Rewari Accident News (Aaj Samaj) Rewari: A young man died on the spot in a traffic accident in a town in the district. The police reached the spot after receiving the information and detained the young man’s body and sent it for autopsy. An autopsy will be performed on the body today and it will be handed over to the family. The young man was heading to the Khalilpur railway station to pick up his father. In the complaint filed with the police, the father of the deceased youth, Krishna Kumar, a resident of Lala village, said that he had gone to Delhi for work on Thursday.
He was returning home by train in the late afternoon after completing his work in Delhi. When the train reached Khalilpur station, a passenger told his son Ravi Kumar over the phone that it was about to reach Khalilpur and he had to reach there to pick him up. His son cycled to Khalilpur station to pick him up. When his son Ravi did not arrive even after a long time, he again called Ravi from someone’s phone. But this time a passerby picked up the phone and said that a young man riding a bicycle had met with an accident near Kakodiya and his condition was critical.
Case registered against car driver
Meanwhile, a cyclist gave him a ride and asked him to drop him to Kakodiya, telling him about the accident. By the time the deceased’s father reached there, Ravi had been taken to the government hospital in an ambulance. When the father reached the government hospital, it was found that Ravi had died in the accident. After information, Sadar police station reached the spot first and then detained the body. During interrogation, it was revealed that Ravi’s bike was hit by a speeding car. Sadar police station has registered a case against the driver of the car.
