This action will proceed pursuant to the court order and we will now submit a representation to the administration to pursue this action.

The lawyer said that from a law and order point of view, I cannot say many things at this time. They (from the Muslim side) were also present during the survey. Both parties were present during the survey. Photography and videography were done in the presence of both parties. Whatever necessary measures have been taken by the administration to maintain law and order, the future work lies with the Commissioner Commissioner. We will inform management how additional work will be performed in accordance with the court order.

On the presence of the SP MP and SP MLA’s son during the poll, Hindu side’s lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said there was nothing in the court order indicating that they should be present there. At this moment there are many things that I do not want to say, I just want to say that a large number of people were present inside and outside, which was not the intention of the court order nor did there exist any such direction. How much work remains to be done, we will file a claim with the administration and seek cooperation.
