‘Shatak or Duck’ (Duck). It seems like Team India’s wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson is currently playing with just this thought in mind. The same style of Sanju Samson is seen in the T20 series against South Africa. Sanju, who started the T20 series with a superb century, played an amazing innings and also scored a century in the last match. Sanju, who had failed to open his account in the last two consecutive matches, showed his aggressive attitude again in Johannesburg and destroyed the South African players. Sanju scored the third century of his career and the second century of this series in just 51 balls.

Sanju Samson, who has taken on the responsibility of opening for the last few matches, has shown his true ability by coming into this position and has continued the process of taking players over the edge. Samson had failed to open his account in the last two consecutive games. In both matches, Marco Janson bowled him in the first over. In such a situation, the question on everyone’s mind was whether he would face the same fate for the third time or return. In the first over, the ball took the edge of the bat and came close to slip, but the catch was a little wide of the fielder and was saved. After this, Samson’s bat continued to talk and the Indian batsman breathed his last after scoring the third century of his career.

Sanju, along with Abhishek Sharma, gave the team a fast start by making an explosive 73-run partnership in the powerplay. Abhishek couldn’t play many innings but Sanju continued the attack. The star batsman completed his half-century in just 28 balls and even after this his bat did not stop. After the arrival of Tilak Verma, Sanju’s pace seemed to slow down a bit, but he still scored the third century of his career and the second century of this series in just 51 balls. Sanju had hit 7 fours and 8 sixes before reaching his century.

Not only Sanju but also Tilak Verma fully supported him and continued his excellent form and scored his second consecutive century. In the last match, Tilak had scored the first century of his career playing at number three and now in Johannesburg he also demonstrated the same feat playing in the same position. However, Tilak also received full support from the South African fielders, who lost two catches, while Sanju also lost one. Tilak took full advantage of this and scored an explosive century in just 41 balls.
