Due to rising pollution in Delhi, all primary schools have been closed. Now classes from first to fifth will be online. “Due to rising pollution levels, all primary schools in Delhi will start online classes and continue till further instructions,” Chief Minister Atishi wrote in his Twitter post.
The Directorate of Education, Government of Delhi has issued an order to close primary classes. The order read: “Principals of all Government, Government Aided and Private Unaided Recognized Schools of the Directorate of Education (DOE), MCD, NDMC and DCB in Delhi are advised to close classes in schools for boys up to class 5. Schools are directed to ensure classes in online mode for students of these classes until further order.”
